Cafe35 is an absolute must visit if you're in uptown Lexington (except for Mondays - the one full day they're closed).
It was very busy when we ate there but the food still came quickly and tasted great. Very friendly wait staff.
On the weekends they are open for brunch. They have standard egg stand meat plates. Their specialties are super fluffy omelettes and "scramblers" (basically an omelette without the organization).
I'm from west coast. One of the few places I'll eat. No greasy fried foods excellent food.
The breakfast was good, and they had a lot of options. The only drawback was I wish they had more coffee offerings. They got the food part of "cafe" right for sure though. French toast as a side?!
On Thursday and Friday nights, they're open in the evening and offer entrees including steaks, seafood cakes, and salmon fillets. They have good mixed drinks with some speciality martinis (the Pina colada is particularly good).
One of the best restaurants in Lexington, NC. Great place for a lunch with sandwiches, salads, and soups.
This cafe offers excellent food in a cozy, and friendly atmosphere. Good for singles, doubles or families dining out. Most of the staff are very pleasant, and a small selection of good local bottled beers.
The cafe has outdoor seating to enjoy the sights and sounds when the weather is mild.
