That spicy chicken and honey biscuit is the best thing everrrrr!! And they have International Delights French vanilla and hazelnut coffee creamer! I've actually never gotten coffee there but I.D. hazelnut could make anything good so.. Everything else is good too. They have breakfast and lunch even though they close at 2. Order is usually correct, and when they do mess up they fix it without attitude. This location was recently remodeled so it's really nice and clean. I like that the new restrooms are single stall. The old (women's) restroom had two toilets but the not-handicapped one was reallllly small. Decided improvement.
Mary had excellent customer service, but our grill chicken biscuits were cold. Told Mary and she replaced mine with a fried chicken biscuit because it was going to be 10 mins for a fresh grill chicken biscuit.
Well, the people for one are rude. I was there two or three weeks ago and they messed up both of the orders we had in drive Thur. Failed to give condiments and sliverware we had to go In the store three times to get things they didn't put in the bag. Called and complained and was told that they would replace the order at a later date. Well today I went to get my meal that was suppose to have been replaced and she telling me next time have the receipt, well if that was the case why wasn't I told that the day you messed up my order. We were told that the manager was going to write it down and put in the office for when we came back. Ridiculous I am a assistant store manager and I always make sure to document those things I see why the store runs as it does if your management team can't communicate no one working there probably does and that's why orders get messed up. Will never come back and will make sure to tell everyone I know.
