At first I was really excited and pleased! We got our trip booked and paid for. After that, never heard back from our agent. We were told she would get in contact with us about two weeks before the cruise. I've emailed her asking for hotel info close to the cruise port, never received anything. We were never called before leaving. Luckily, I looked online to see what we needed to board being we've never cruised before. I had no idea we had to register online! Don't think I will be using them again!!
