Although they were very friendly, I purchased my very first snake from them a at an expo they attended in December 2013. Some of the care tips they gave me would have probably done more harm than good, and worst of all, he was ridden with mites (which I was unaware of at the time of purchase since I wasn't very knowledgeable on reptile keeping then). They took months to deal with, and costed me more money than I would have liked fixing. Other than that, the animals appeared very healthy and the people at the booth gave their best effort, and it's been quite a few years sicne then (so maybe they've improved) but I won't be a future customer. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I go to them for just about all of my pet needs. They treat the animals very well. Their prices are very reasonable.
