Great place for trail running. Trails are wide.
What a beautiful place. Lots of trails and all of them gorgeous. Keep your animals on a leash. The river has a strong current.
Very beautiful place to visit. Includes caves to go into and explore. Plenty of hiking trails with beautiful nature to see. River to walk beside. Bring your hiking shoes, water and I suggest a camera. Some beautiful pictures to be made here.
There are two camping areas. The first is adjacent to the parking lot near the rest rooms. There are 6 tent sites and a shared fire pit. It would make a nice place to take a small group of scouts or youth group. The second area is "primitive" camping and is a little hike into the woods. The primitive area has 4 tent pads and a shared fire pit. The primitive area does not have a privy. The primitive area would be a good place to go if you are introducing someone to back country camping or just want a quick trip.
4 visits and still jaw dropping beauty and new sights. Love it here!
Love the newer trails. Much easier for my 3 year old. Was happy to see the cottonwood was still alive even after all the floods we have had.
Nice place for a Sunday outdoor adventure with the family. The trails could be confusing for some but difficult to truly get lost on.
