I would not recommend me because:
We had them come do a second job for us. After the first job which did go over time, but was decent work, we wanted to give them another chance. We wanted them to paint our living room, hallway and stairwell. They gave use the timeline, said they would tape the boarders (we have the text messages proving this). They arrived late, left for three hours, and at the end of the job spilt paint on the carpet. THey left before finishing the clean up. We noticed after they left that they used our bath towels and took them with them when they left. (on our security camera) At that point, we cleaned the paint and asked for a refund. We did submit to the BBB. They responded by trying to say our dog (who was in a room with us) spilt the paint and we let her roam freely. They also tried to say we went up and down the stairs 3 dozen times. Both issues are disputed by our security camera. In addition, they have yet address the bath towels. The issue that they spilt the paint was mistake, and they happen. However, C Williams Home Repair used our personal property and then tried to blame us for the damage. They blatantly lied. They were upset that when they left we determined that we had the right to have another vendor correct their mistake.We tried to allow them to correct the issue through the BBB, but they responded with lies that we have evidence counteracting their 'story'.
