January 5th, my wife, daughter, and I came in looking for a couple of movies to rent. We saw a sale table and on it my wife found the movie "Rio". The male manager told my wife of she found four movies that we could have them for $2.00 each. She couldn't, so we rented the two movies, and we paid (I thought) for Rio. On Jan 20, Family Video called to inform me that Rio was twenty days overdue, for which I was going to have to pay a late fee. I paid the fee, told them to close my account and I'll never be back. All of you should be aware before going to this business!
HOW DID MOVIES WENT FROM 1 dlr to 3.29$??? Red box is the option ppl 1.60 all day new releases . Fam video your prices made me stop renting movies i used to go every weekend sorry prices are ridiculous
The rentals are a little high. But the employees are helpful & friendly.
