The employees and what I suspect is the owner or manager of this business are very rude and have no regard for customer satisfaction. My wife dropped off 5 items for dry cleaning on a Saturday around 1:00 PM and was told that they would not be ready until the following Tuesday. I (the husband) went to pick up the items on the following Tuesday around 10:00 AM only to be told that two of the items were not ready and that they would be ready after 3:00 PM. After consulting with my wife she decided to go ahead and pick up the items while I was there as she needed them for work. I drove around the parking lot and went back to the pickup window to ask for the items even though they were not ready. After having to confirm with two individuals that I wanted to go ahead and pick up the items even though they were not ready, someone came to the door with 4 items and a bill for such. When I asked about just being told that 2 of the items are not ready and whether I was being charged for the 2 items the individual, whom I suspect was an owner or manager, became very defensive, started yelling and stated that “I didn’t have to come back.” All I wanted to know is why they told me to come back after 3:00 PM when evidently the items were ready for pick up. The individual stated that they were not ready the first time I came through the line but that they became ready the second time around, in the time it took to drive around the building. When I asked about the fifth item that was missing they told me I was wrong and that they did not have it. I just paid and drove off never to return again. We have used these cleaners a few times in the past but after being treated that way we will never return and will strongly advise against going there.

Service has always been good and they have always been true to their word. I bring shirts in a couple times each week and have been very satisfied with the service and quality recieved.
The business lost a pair of my pants. When my wife went to find out about them, she was told that they gave them to her, and that she needed to go home and check. My wife went home and checked and no pants. She called back and the owner got on the phone and basically told her that she was a liar. I went up there and the owner said that they've never lost any clothes before and since I only come in a few times a year that she wouldn't do anything about my pants. So I left to never go back and I would advise no one to use this cleaner. The owner is very rude.
