I bought a couch Tuesday and it was delivered today. When I was buying it, the saleswoman said it was damaged in transit so it was sold for less. However now that it is in my home I can see that is not the case. It was obviously previously owned because there is a cigarette burn on it as well. Damage I can fix, but previously owned makes me nervous because of bed bugs. Not happy to say the least.

We purchased what we thought was a nice living room furniture, they made us buy a warranty, that they said covered everything. They won't even call us back, keep giving excuses, the threading is coming out of 2 of the pieces of furniture. I could see if it was cheap furniture; but it wasn't.
They could use more of a furniture selection for people who are on budgets.. Most of their furniture is on the higher price side
