Terrible service all the way around! What a joke of a dentist! Rude and hateful receptionist with an incompetent dentist who thinks it's ok for the patient to be in pain for months after services were performed. Only to find out from another dentist the pain is from her doing the procedure incorrectly. TERRIBLE DENTIST!
I came in for a tooth extraction and left with a broken jawbone. When I got my tooth pulled, she used the pallet of my mouth as a leverage point with her tools, causing unnecessary pain and a lot of soreness. I've been out of work for six days because of this and today I went in and got my stitches taken out. First off, she never told me what she was going to do with my gum but rather just went ahead and did it. I never knew I was getting my stitches taken out today until she took out the tweezers and scissors. Second, I had to grab her hand at one time because she kept pinching my lip with tweezers as she was trying to remove my stitching. Lastly, she ended up leaving a piece of stitching in at the back of my gum and I had to remove it myself. I firmly believe she received her degree mail order because this is NOT the way a dentist is supposed to be.
Just moved here an needed my veneer replaced in a hurry. They got me in quickly and did all the work in house 2 hours later I had a tooth again! The staff is excellent and explained carefully all costs and made every attempt to ensure I got the most from my insurance plan. Have very much embraced state of the art technologies .

Dr. Frye is fine - but pretty expensive- for general dentistry; I saw her for 10+years. I can't recommend her for implant dentistry. I had 3.5 years of pain, infection, bone loss and expense before I then had to pay another provider to remove the implant and very expensive crown Dr. Frye placed. Good general dentist and a pleasant person. Don't go in for an implant.
I took my 5 year-old daughter to that office twice and we have not been back. On the second visit, my daughter had to get a small filling done in order to prevent a cavity. The staff were friendly but I can't say the same for Dr. Frye. The process, which should have been simple and pain-less was the opposite. I could tell that my daughter was in pain. It clearly says in their paperwork not to talk to your child while she is working due to causing unnecessary moving. I still held my child's hand and told her to stay still so the Dr. could finish and we could get out of there as soon as possible. My daughter was so uncomfortable and in the verge of tears that I almost told the Dr. to get to a good stopping point so I could take her SOMEWHERE else. My daughter still has a tiny spot on that tooth where you can tell that something was not done correctly. When I asked the Dr. about it, she said it was due to my daughter moving so much. I would not recommend taking young kids to this office. Dr. Frye is inconsiderate and unsympathetic.
