They are okay as mechanical issues solving but definitely not the best option in town.
They are a lot of Hispanic shops that work much cheaper and way much faster.

Stop at Firestone when the low tire pressure warning came on in my 2011 Chevy Traverse. The staff filled all four tires as a courtesy and we're very hospitable. Great service.
Recently dealt with a blown motor in my dodge Dakota and these guys helped me a lot! They even helped me look at possible new purchases after the dodge and have gave me honest opinions. Would recommend fully!
Ther is no perfect Firestone and this one is just as the others.
I have been going to this location for years. Friendly, quick cost effective solutions. Never any rework required, just good solutions.
So I stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation, and my life time alignment. Was called about needing a new air filler I declined, then about new wiper blades which I already had purchased due to my right side causing one little line like a piece of debris was stuck but my left side was perfect that were in the back of my Jeep and declined. Got back from walking around town with an umbrella and my husband to pick up my Jeep. We went inside to checked out looked over paperwork, paid after the all clear your vehicle is goid to go, and drove off. Now for the kicker I turned on the wipers and now their was a 1 inch tear on my left side wiper causing a huge problem to see without it being a pain in the ass. I was so pissed that if I turned around to go back I would have let that person who worked on my Jeep that was trying to sell me wipers get an ass chewing from me! I mean really I got it you make more money off people buy air fillers, wipers, ect.... but he's the thing I might be a female but I was under the hood a lot with my dad while growing up, and I'm a retired Military Police officer that has also been to combat that knows how to work on my humvee and vehicle so no I don't need you to change out simple item that I can myself for a lot cheaper price. I only come to you because I don't have the tool to do the alignment. So with that said I'm sure you wouldn't want to be on my bad side an me go off all Drill Sergeant in your face because you were so petty to try the "Oh you have a tear in your wiper, and I can change it for you, you poor female". So no I decided you were not worth getting my anger flared up and just let it go, but not away with it. Hense why I'm writing my review so if you have done this to anyone else that now this can show a pattern of how you are trying to rip off your customers and maybe this will scare you straight and if not them maybe the dwindling number of customers and their reviews will show the manager (If they are not part of this scam also) or owner of this firestone location will fire you and take out of your last paycheck money to reimburse their customers you have ripped off. As for me I will not be revisiting this location ever again. It only takes me once to be burned at a business to not return for a follow up being burn.
